Police Nab Accused Baby Formula Thieves after Second Theft

On May 6, 2017 around 5:30 p.m. in the afternoon, a loss prevention officer observed a male at a south end grocery store filling his shopping cart with baby formula. The male left the store and made no attempt to pay for the merchandise in the cart. The loss prevention officer informed police that approximately two weeks ago a male had stolen $1,800 worth of baby formula. Police reviewed video surveillance footage and determined the same male had stolen the baby formula two weeks ago and he was charged accordingly.
